Elopements are a genuine way for couples to get married, removing the obligations and allowing you to focus on the heart of the wedding, the ceremony.

Eloping is an intentional choice to keep your wedding day about what matters most. Whether you want to get married in your living room, along the Fundy coastline at sunset, on the dock of your camp, or at the place you first met - the possibilities are endless when you choose to elope.

You may have always wanted to elope, or perhaps you’ve never really thought about it, but you know you don’t want a big complicated wedding. Either way, we’d love to talk and dream with you!

New Brunswick’s natural beauty creates the perfect backdrop for any elopement. Whether you wish to say I do on the ocean floor of the Bay of Fundy, or deep inside the boreal forests that surround them.

Picture this. You, hand in hand with your lover, playfully laughing and running along the wooden boardwalks that cover the pristine forest floor as the sun’s light is filtered through the trees. You arrive at the cliff’s edge, where the forest ends and the ocean begins. You pause to take it all in before centering your attention on each other in the intentional space that we created for you to say “I do.”

FAQS

  • We will travel throughout New Brunswick subject to availability and travel fees.

  • After we've met and you decide that you would like to work with New Brunswick Elopements, we will send you the booking forms to review and sign. A signed contract and a $1000 retainer fee are required.

  • Our elopement experience is designed for elopements with less than 10 guests.

  • Any location where your’s and our safety may be in jeopardy or where we are not legally permitted to trespass will be off-limits.

  • This ultimately depends on how much time SMP spends with you but typical galleries include a minimum of 125 high-resolution images that have been edited in-keeping with Shannon-May's style.
